Sir Knight Joseph Bogner Passed Away

April 4, 1931– December 20, 2010

4th Degree Honor Guard has been requested for his Visitation and Mass of Christian Burial. Joseph Bogner joined the Knights of Columbus, February 1, 1969. He was a member of Holy Family Council 6137 Hot Springs, SD, and Bishop Lawler Assembly 1075 Rapid City, SD.

Joe was the Knights of Columbus Veterans Affair Volunteer Service Representative at VA Hot Springs Medical Center and South Dakota Veteran Home. Every Tuesday Joe and James Dempsey popped popcorn for the veterans, over 100 hours a year.

Visitation will be from 6 PM to 7 PM, with 7 PM Christian Wake Service Wednesday, Dec. 22 at St. Anthony of Padue, 538 University Avenue Hot Spring, SD.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 AM (Honor Guard 9 AM), Thursday December 23, at St. Anthony of Padue, 538 University Avenue Hot Spring, SD.

4th Degree Honor Guard has been requested for his Visitation and Mass of Christian Burial. Joseph Connelly joined the Knights of Columbus, May 1, 1946. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Council 1489, and Bishop Lawler Assembly 1075 Rapid City, SD.

Visitation will be from 5 PM to 7 PM, with 7 PM Christian Wake Service Monday, Dec. 13 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home; 2700 Jackson Blvd. Rapid City, SD.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 AM (Honor Guard 9 AM), Tuesday Dec. 14, at Blessed Sacrament Church; 4500 Jackson Blvd.; Rapid City, SD.
